Our online flower shop www.stefanikidias.gr can deliver without prior phone contact with the recipient, provided all necessary information has been given. This includes the location and time of the funeral, as well as full payment of the order.
To ensure timely fulfillment of your order, it must be placed at least one day before the delivery date in our flower shop system.
If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfill your order, we commit to informing you immediately.
We deliver all our products with speed, reliability, and professionalism to the ceremony location. Deliveries are made within Attica, and for orders outside Attica or in areas not listed in the options, we will contact you as soon as possible for clarifications. You may also contact us directly to place your order by phone.
Please note that our online flower shop www.stefanikidias.gr delivers wreaths to the location of the funeral service — either at the church or the cemetery. Our staff leaves immediately after placing the wreaths and does not handle their transfer to the grave or any other location.
The transfer of the wreaths after delivery is the responsibility of the funeral home in charge of the ceremony.
Our flower shop is not responsible for any incorrect details regarding the name of the deceased or the time of the ceremony as provided during the order. Any such errors are the responsibility of the customer.
